As a former full-time Professor of Periodontics and current full-time private practitioner, Dr. Allen combines his recognized teaching abilities and clinical skills to present a practical multimedia course on current oral plastic surgical techniques. His passion for teaching and the structure of the courses allow participants to immediately apply the new procedures in their practices.
Dr. Allen has served as President of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He also serves as the Periodontal Section Editor for the Journal of Esthetic Dentistry and serves on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Periodontology and the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Allen received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Baylor College of Dentistry Periodontics Residency Program in 1999 and the Master Clinician Award from the American Academy of Periodontology in 2002. He has published over 75 articles in the area of esthetic surgery and has presented numerous lectures and surgical demonstrations worldwide. Most recently, he received the Best Teacher award from the AAED at the 30th Annual Meeting in Hawaii.

Dr. Jeffrey Babushkin attended the Ohio State University where he received his DDS degree in 1986. Immediately following, he completed an Advanced General Practice Residency at the University of Maryland Hospital. Dr. Babushkin's interest in implant placement and restorations lead him to Brookdale Hospital where he completed an Implant Maxicourse and certification in 1992.
Dr. Babushkin is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor awarded to only 7 percent of dentists. He is also a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Other awards include fellowship in the Academy of Osseointegration and fellowship in the Pierre Fauchard Dental Honor Society. Dr. Babushkin is currently working toward accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, achieved by only 331 dentists worldwide to date. He previously served on the Biolok advisory panel and is currently a faculty mentor for Spear Education. Dr. Babushkin lectures nationally on treatment planning and implant restorations.

Dr. Iglhaut completed his degree in dentistry in 1982 at the Justus Liebig University of Giessen, Germany. He worked as a scientific assistant in the department of Oral Surgery for three years, and earned a specialist certificate in Oral Surgery at the same university, later a specialist certificate in Oral Implantology (DGI) and Periodontology (EDA).
Dr. Iglhaut is a lecturer for the German Association of Oral Implantology (DGI) as well as board member since 2004, and the current President Elect. Since 2005 he is a university docent in Oral Implantology at the Steinbeis University in Berlin and since 2008 docent at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen. Since 1995 he has lectured internationally on oral implantology, periodontology, plastic periodontal surgery and periodontal microsurgery.

Dr. LaMar is a Doctor of Dental Surgery specializing in prosthodontics and dental restoration. He trained in prosthetic dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester Medical Center. As a Prosthodontist, Dr. LaMar limits his practice to the replacement of missing teeth, and the restoration of severely compromised teeth. Dr. Sonia Leziy received her dental degree from McGill University in 1989 and subsequently completed a general practice residency program at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Her post-graduate degree in periodontics was completed at the University of British Columbia in 1993.
Dr. Leziy is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, a Fellow of the ICOI, and a member of the British Columbia Society of Periodontists, the Canadian Academy of Periodontists, the American Academy of Periodontists and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. She is an associate clinical professor and sessional lecturer at the University of British Columbia and co-mentors the multi-disciplinary VIP study club. Dr. Leziy is a member of the editorial board of the Journal Spectrum Dialogue, the Journal Teamwork and the Journal of Esthetic Dentistry and periodic reviewer for the Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
She has published on implant esthetics and surgical protocols, including a textbook chapter published by Quintessence Publishing (2008) and a chapter in a follow-up book, Interdisciplinary Treatment Planning, Volume II (2011).

Dr. Tomas Linkevičius graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine Faculty of Stomatology in 2000 and completed his primary postgraduate training at Vilnius out-patient central clinic. The same year he enrolled in secondary postgraduate studies of prosthodontics at Vilnius University. Having completed postgraduate studies at Vilnius University Zalgirio hospital in 2004, he became a specialist in prosthodontics and acquired the license to work with the most difficult prosthetic cases.
Dr. Linkevičius is a co-author of one book and the author of six published scientific articles. He gives lectures at scientific conferences and participates in international seminars and is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Prosthodontics. He is a member of the International College of Prosthodontists, which unites the most renowned prosthodontists in the world.
Currently Dr. Linkevičius is doing research on bone atrophy around dental implants under the leadership of professor P. Apse (Riga Stradins University, Institute of Stomatology, Latvia). He specializes in treatment planning of oral rehabilitation with dental implants, conventional prosthetic dentistry as well as prostheses on dental implants after bone augmentation, sinus elevation and orthognatic surgery. He is also interested in prosthetic treatment of cleft lip and palate patients and rehabilitation of patients after cancer treatment.

Dr. Richard Martin studied at the University of Maryland, College Park in Biological Sciences and then entered New York University Dental School, where he was elected Omicron Kappa Epsilon and graduated with Full Honors in Oral Surgery. He completed his residency at Harlem Hospital, Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he was appointed chief resident. He then completed a one-year Fellowship at the Oral Surgical Institute in Nashville, Tennessee where he remained in practice until December 2001. He started his solo practice in Lewisville, Texas in March 2002.
Dr. Martin has a special interest in surgical instrument design and splint design. During his residency, he started designing instruments and for the past 12 years has designed over 20 instruments. Many are used by surgeons around the world. He continues to work with the same instrument company and has had the #1-selling surgical instrument in the world, the Grasping-Forcep, for the last 4 years. He has now turned his focus towards designing instruments for bone grafting and dental implants.

Dr. Tischler has been published in The New York State Dental Journal, Dentistry Today, Contemporary Esthetics and Restorative Practice, and The International Magazine of Implant Dentistry. He is also on the Editorial Advisory Board for The Journal of Implant and Advanced Clinical Dentistry.

Dr. Dean Vafiadis received his dental degree and Prosthodontic specialty training at New York University College of Dentistry. He is currently the Director of the Full-Mouth Rehabilitation CE course at NYU. He is an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. He has lectures nationally and abroad for NYU Continuing Education department. Dr. Vafiadis published and lectured on various topics such as Aesthetics, Implant designs, Computer restorations, Ceramic materials and Occlusion. He is the founder of the New York Smile Institute in NY. It is an educational center, full service laboratory and learning facility as well as a private practice location for a multi-specialty practice for Implant and Aesthetic Dentistry. Currently he is lecturing for the Continuing Education program at NYUCD for Dental Districts in US, Europe and Asia. His patient base includes many Celebrities, Sports Figures, Fortune 500 Company executives, Producers, Directors and Writers in the film industry, Executives in the Fashion world and World renown Chefs and Restaurant Owners. He maintains his private practice Valentino Building near Rockefeller Center. Dr. Wang received his Bachelor of Medicine in Dentistry at the Taipei Medical College and Master of Science in Dentistry, Certificate of Postdoctoral Study, DDS at Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, Ohio. He is Director of Graduate Periodontics and Professor in the Department of Periodontics/Prevention/Geriatrics at the University of Michigan and Visiting Professor at the Taipei Medical University in Taiwan.
Dr. Wang is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Fellow of the American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists. He is Director of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Wang is a renowned lecturer and has published more than 25 book chapters/invited reviews and more than 350 scientific articles on periodontics, bone grafting and implants, and has received numerous research and education awards and recognitions.
